The Mexican Association of Lifestyle Medicine (AMMEV) is an interdisciplinary organization with the vision of creating a movement in Mexico to transform the way we think about Health.

Through the community, and the multiple facets that it has, we seek to question, criticize, re-think and propose new ways of doing medicine, culture, business and politics regarding the bases of health.

We seek multi-sectoral integration to transform from the inside-out the knowledge and practices that we carry out on a daily basis as individuals and members of the community.
